Patient summary
Clomifene 25mg, 50mg and 100mg tablets, used in the management of anovulatory infertility. A SERM acting at oestrogen receptors in the hypothalamus.
Mechanism of action
This agent acts as a selective oestrogen receptor modulator. It binds to oestrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, blocking negative feedback and signalling the pituitary gland to increase secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinising hormone to stimulate ovulation.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pregnancy: Contraindicated; stop if pregnancy is suspected. Breastfeeding: Confirm breastfeeding suitability with a qualified clinician or pharmacist before use.
Clomid is the well-known brand of clomifene, commonly utilised in the management of anovulatory infertility. This treatment is available as a tablet in 25mg, 50mg and 100mg strengths.
Buying Clomid online
While generic clomifene, much of it made in India, is far more affordable than the original brand, this branded version remains a standard across the region. As with any fertility medicine, it is best used under a doctor’s care to monitor health outcomes.
Do I get the original Clomid?
No. SGMeds ships a generic with the same active ingredient (clomifene) at the strength you choose, not the original Clomid made by Sanofi. We use the brand name so you can find the medicine, and the generic's manufacturer varies with stock.
How much does Clomid cost in Singapore?
Clomid comes in 25, 50 and 100mg strengths, in packs of 10 to 360 tablets. Each option's price is shown on this page in Singapore dollars, converted from US dollars, so the exchange rate can change the final amount. Larger packs work out cheaper per tablet.

Clomid is the originator brand name, made by Sanofi. We use it here to identify the medicine only; we are not affiliated with Sanofi and do not ship the original Clomid.
- You receive a generic equivalent: the same active ingredient (Clomifene) at the same dose, mostly recognised Indian branded generics from vetted manufacturers.
- The exact brand supplied depends on what is in stock at the dispatching warehouse.
- A regulated generic matches the original ingredient for ingredient by legal standard.
