By using SGMeds, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

SGMeds provides a medicine catalogue, comparison content and an ordering interface. Pharmacy partners and service providers may handle checkout, payment, dispensing, professional checks, fulfilment and delivery.

These terms should be read with the Privacy, Cookies & Site Policy.

1. What SGMeds provides

SGMeds helps users search and compare medicines by:

  • product name
  • active ingredient
  • brand or generic option
  • treatment category
  • strength and pack size
  • visible price or currency display
  • related medicine-information pages

SGMeds is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service, prescriber or personal pharmacist.

2. Medicine information is general information

Content on SGMeds is provided for general information, comparison and ordering context.

It is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, pharmacist consultation or recommendation that a medicine is suitable for you.

Do not start, stop, switch or change the dose of a medicine based only on SGMeds content. Ask a qualified doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.

This is especially important for pregnancy, breastfeeding, children, chronic conditions, allergies, interacting medicines, serious symptoms, worsening symptoms or prescription-only medicines.

3. Product listings are not supply guarantees

A product appearing on SGMeds does not guarantee that it is in stock, legally supplyable to your destination, clinically suitable, or accepted by a pharmacy partner.

Supply may depend on:

  • medicine type
  • strength and pack size
  • destination country
  • pharmacy-partner policy
  • prescription or pharmacist-review requirements
  • payment checks
  • stock status
  • courier route
  • customs or import limits
  • local laws and regulations

Adding a product to the cart or submitting checkout information does not guarantee fulfilment.

4. Pharmacy-partner checkout and fulfilment

SGMeds provides the website and order path. Pharmacy partners and service providers may operate the parts that require dispensing, professional review, payment handling, delivery and order support.

An order may be reviewed, accepted, delayed, modified, cancelled or refused where required by product availability, safety checks, prescription requirements, destination rules, payment checks or fulfilment constraints.

Separate partner, payment-provider, courier or support terms may apply to the part of the order they handle.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate contact, delivery and payment information
  • checking the product name, active ingredient, strength and pack size
  • making sure the medicine is lawful for your location and intended use
  • providing prescription or review information when requested
  • using medicines only for lawful personal purposes
  • not ordering for resale or unlawful distribution
  • asking a doctor or pharmacist when suitability is uncertain

You must not use SGMeds to avoid professional review where one is needed.

6. Prices, currencies and discounts

Prices, currencies, promotions, discounts, shipping thresholds and checkout totals may change.

Currency display may be provided for convenience. Banks, payment processors, crypto networks or card providers may apply their own rates, fees, checks or restrictions.

The final payable amount is the amount shown through the checkout route at the time of payment.

7. Shipping, packaging and delivery

Available shipping methods, fees, tracking options and delivery estimates are shown in the cart or checkout where configured.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may result from pharmacy review, customs checks, courier issues, address problems, holidays, destination-country rules or events outside SGMeds control.

Parcels may be prepared in neutral packaging. Larger orders may be split into multiple parcels for fulfilment, safety or delivery reasons.

8. Cancellations, returns and order problems

Cancellation requests should be made quickly through live chat or the customer portal. A cancellation may not be possible after fulfilment has started or the parcel has shipped.

Medicines generally cannot be returned for change of mind after dispatch because they cannot be safely restocked or resold.

If an order is damaged, incorrect, missing or delayed, contact support through live chat or the customer portal so the issue can be reviewed against the order and delivery record.

Available remedies may depend on the order status, shipping method, destination, pharmacy partner and support review.

9. Accuracy and changes

SGMeds works to keep catalogue and medicine information useful, but medicine data changes.

Product names, ingredients, strengths, pack sizes, prices, registration context, availability, source links and country rules may become outdated or incomplete.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every page is complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your personal circumstances.

10. Brands, manufacturers and trademarks

Brand names, product names, logos and manufacturer names belong to their respective owners.

They are used on SGMeds for identification, comparison and information. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, approval or sponsorship unless explicitly stated.

11. Acceptable use

You may use SGMeds for lawful personal browsing, medicine comparison and order access.

You must not:

  • use the site for unlawful import, resale or distribution of medicines
  • provide false or misleading information
  • attempt to bypass prescription, pharmacist, safety or destination checks
  • scrape, copy or republish catalogue data at scale
  • interfere with site security or performance
  • use automated access in a way that burdens the site
  • misrepresent SGMeds content as professional medical advice
  • copy site content for commercial use without permission

Access may be limited or blocked where misuse, fraud, abuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

SGMeds may link to official regulators, manufacturer documents, pharmacy partners, payment providers, courier services or other third-party websites.

Third-party services are controlled by their own operators. Their terms, privacy policies, decisions, prices and service availability are separate from SGMeds.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SGMeds and its operators are not liable for loss, harm, delay, cost or damage arising from:

  • use of the site
  • reliance on site content
  • medicine unavailability
  • pharmacy-partner decisions
  • prescription or pharmacist checks
  • payment-provider actions
  • delivery or customs delays
  • incorrect user-provided information
  • third-party websites or services
  • technical errors, downtime or data loss

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow limitation.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer, data-protection, pharmacy, medicine or other laws.

If a pharmacy partner, payment provider or courier has separate terms, those terms may also apply to the relevant part of the order.

15. Changes to these terms

SGMeds may update these terms, change site features, alter catalogue content, add or remove products, or modify ordering routes.

Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
