Use the channel that matches the request. Medicine orders, catalogue corrections and medical questions need different handling.
For order issues, use live chat or the customer portal. For website corrections, policy questions or business messages, use email.

- payment-route questions
- delivery-method questions
- cancellation requests
- damaged, delayed, missing or incorrect parcels
- replacement, refund or reshipment review
- problems accessing the order portal
If you already placed an order, use the secure portal:
Order support usually needs order-specific details, so it should not be handled through the general site email.
Catalogue corrections
Email catalogue corrections to:
Send a correction if a page appears to have the wrong:

- active ingredient

- dosage form
- manufacturer
- brand or generic relationship

- compliance or business contact
Include company name, country, website, contact person and the reason for the enquiry.

- dosage
- side effects
- allergies
- pregnancy or breastfeeding
- medicines for children
- chronic conditions
- interactions with other medicines
- starting, stopping or switching treatment
For emergencies or severe symptoms, contact local emergency services immediately.
