Doxylamine
Doxylamine is a sedating first-generation antihistamine. A combination with pyridoxine may be used for nausea and vomiting of pregnancy; other products may have a short-term sleep indication.

How it works
Doxylamine blocks histamine H1 receptors and also has anticholinergic effects, causing sedation and reducing nausea signalling in combination treatment.
