Key points

  • Clenbuterol can raise heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature and may cause tremor, anxiety or abnormal heart rhythms.
  • Products and accepted medical uses vary by country; a catalogue listing does not establish that a product is approved or suitable for human treatment.
  • Chest pain, fainting, severe palpitations, confusion, seizures or marked overheating require urgent medical care.

Listings are for comparison and general information, not a recommendation; suitability and supply depend on verified product status and clinician and pharmacy checks.

How clenbuterol works

Clenbuterol stimulates beta-2 adrenergic receptors. Although this can relax airway smooth muscle, it can also affect the heart, potassium balance and metabolism. These systemic effects are the reason unsupervised use for fat loss or athletic performance is unsafe.

Important safety checks

Heart disease, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, thyroid disease and low potassium can increase risk. Other stimulants, decongestants, caffeine-heavy products and some asthma or heart medicines may intensify adverse effects. Product identity and strength also require verification because an unverified tablet may not contain what its label claims.

When to seek urgent care

Seek emergency help for chest pain, fainting, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, severe shortness of breath, confusion, seizures, severe agitation or overheating. Suspected overdose needs urgent assessment even if early symptoms seem limited to tremor or palpitations.
